With movement at the rear end diagnosed as rear prop UJ worn (Z4 3.0 manual, 177,000 miles, 03), the best option is to have the old one sent away for repair & balance (£274.00 approx.) or look for a good second-hand prop, including UJ, or a refurbished one if even available.
